If you love driving growth, building relationships, and creating strategies that make a real impact, you’ll fit right in.Position OverviewAs a Business Development Manager, you’ll drive strategic growth by identifying and nurturing high-value opportunities, building pipelines, and guiding Sales Executives and Account Managers.You’ll engage with prospects, represent the company at industry events, and turn market insights into actionable business initiatives. This is a remote, strategic, and high-impact role for someone motivated by results and leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Strategy ExecutionImplement sales and partnership strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.Drive execution of outreach campaigns, lead qualification, and sales funnel activities.Translate market insights into actionable business development initiatives.B. Client Acquisition & Business DevelopmentConduct strategic outreach to high-potential and mid-tier prospects via Cold Calling, Email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.Lead initial partnership discussions and escalate high-value opportunities.Deliver presentations, product demos, and proposals to qualified prospects.Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients in targeted industries.Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company objectives before passing them to Sales Executives or Account Managers.C. Team Leadership & GuidanceGuide and mentor Sales Executives and Account Managers, providing insights, recommendations, and best practices for outreach and client engagement.Coach team members on CRM usage, communication strategies, and lead follow-up processes.Ensure coordination across Business Development and Affiliate Marketing for optimal campaign alignment.D. Sales Operations & Process OptimizationOversee lead qualification processes to ensure high-quality conversion readiness.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems to track outreach, follow-ups, and outcomes.Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to optimize business development performance.E. Event & Market EngagementRepresent the company at industry conferences, expos, and networking events to identify partnership opportunities and strategic leads.Research attendees and prospects to maximize outreach impact.Collaborate internally to optimize event participation and client engagement.F. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare weekly and monthly performance summaries and business development reports.Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance outreach effectiveness, conversion rates, and overall departmental performance.Monitor KPIs and provide insights to improve sales processes, client acquisition, and team performance.Key RequirementsA. Professional Knowledge & Competencies3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (Pay Per Call, Affiliate Marketing, or performance marketing preferred).Proven ability to influence decision-makers, secure strategic accounts, and drive business growth.Strong understanding of client needs and ability to provide tailored marketing solutions.Knowledge of Pay Per Call, Affiliate Marketing, Lead Generation, and performance-based advertising networks.B. Technical SkillsProficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting.Skilled in Email, LinkedIn, Slack, Skype, and video conferencing tools (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).Competent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations.C.
