Business Development Manager, Ride Hailing & Mobility - Korea

In this Role, you’ll get to:Lead business development by identifying, negotiating, and establishing long-term partnerships with local airport transfer and ride-hailing operators in Korea.Develop and execute regional strategy to achieve full coverage, improve service quality, and ensure competitive pricing and product diversity.Collaborate cross-functionally with Trip.com’s flight and hotel teams to deliver integrated travel solutions for both inbound and outbound travelers.Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and innovative business models.Drive supplier engagement through regular performance reviews, campaign planning, and pricing optimization.Monitor KPIs and use data insights to improve supplier performance and operational efficiency.Manage and nurture relationships with local fleets and car rental companies providing legal airport transfer services.What you'll Need to Succeed:3+ years of experience in business development or partnership management within mobility, transportation, or travel industry.Experience from OTAs or ride-hailing platforms strongly preferred.Solid understanding of the Korean mobility ecosystem, regulations, and airport transfer market.Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills with a track record of achieving measurable business growth.Ability to adapt quickly, innovate, and find creative ways to optimize costs and enhance customer experience.Fluent in Korean and proficient in English (written and spoken).A self-driven and collaborative team player with a passion for transforming travel mobility.Why Trip.com GroupWe offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
