It is particularly required to excel in financial analysis, corporate analysis, and sector analysis for corporate clients. Also, responsible for structuring financial solutions to mitigate risk to the Bank as well as conducting complex data modelling to support Relationship Managers in decision making on feasibility of the deal.Job Responsibilities:Support RM in managing the risk profile for the department by contributing to customer pipelining/account planning discussions if necessary to select financially healthyWork in partnership with Product Offices’ from MUFG group entities, including but not limited to Morgan Stanley to support in leveraging their products and expertise for deals as well as to maintain relationship for future business opportunities.Work in partnership with Credit on any credit issues associated with the deal.Develop business opportunities by taking account into ROE and profit targets.Support the delivery of relevant banking services to customers to meet revenue targets for departmentPrepare deal proposals and credit applications to ensure pricing, product offerings and the structuring of the deal is aligned to business strategy, delivers extraordinary customer experiences and mitigates risk for the Bank. Work in partnership with other Relationship Managers and colleagues in the Branch to deliver an integrated service for our customers.Build effective relationships with key clients to develop new business and to deliver extraordinary customer experiences.Develop presentation/pitch material for the customer. Promote products, financial solutions, negotiate contract terms and conditions as well as pricing to customers to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.Structure financing solutions by leveraging products from various MUFG offices to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.Visit local and overseas customers when required, to represent the business to resolve complex issues and maintain the customer’s relationship as well as services.Visit local customers on a regular basis in order to be vigilant on customer issues and potential business opportunities. Work in partnership with Relationship Managers across Branches to share knowledge, best practice on Corporate Banking topics, and support Relationship Managers of other branches for complex cross boarder deals.Work in partnership with various external parties including but not limited to, lawyers, accountants, technical experts to seek advice and support in relation to the deal.Work in partnership with Compliance to consult on compliance issues, including but not limited to Know Your Customer and Sanctions.Job Requirements:At least 3-5 years of experience in relationship management/corporate finance/corporate credit/ project financeAbility to understand financial statements.Capability to research and analyze the industry to which the customer belongs.Ability to conduct business in a commercial bank.A basic banking product knowledge preferred.We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notifiedMitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
