We are the exclusive offshore wind development partner to Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, the world’s largest green energy fund.The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Analyst, Project Development to join our Offshore Wind Project Development team in Korea.In this role, you will coordinate and support permitting, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory processes to advance project success. You will collaborate closely with government authorities, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure all required approvals are secured in a timely and compliant manner.This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in offshore wind permitting and to grow within one of the most dynamic renewable energy development teams in the world.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Support the permitting process for all onshore and offshore project components, including OPPW, development, and construction permits. Prepare, submit, and track permit applications to relevant Korean authorities. Coordinate with environmental consultants, legal advisors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality, compliant submissions. Monitor and update the permitting schedule, identifying potential risks and delays. Support stakeholder engagement activities, including community consultations and government liaison. Maintain organized documentation of permit-related materials and correspondence. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of permitting and compliance processes across projects. Your Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Law, or related discipline. 2–5 years of experience in permitting, stakeholder engagement, or regulatory affairs within renewable energy, infrastructure, or environmental sectors. Understanding of Korean permitting laws and environmental regulations. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively. High attention to detail, with a proactive and organized approach to project work. Good command of written and spoken English and Korean.
