Your ability to sell and account manage will see salary earnings through a structured commission system increase to in excess of 170k per annum.The Business Development Manager (Gold Coast based, covering a sales zone including Southern Brisbane) is responsible for engineering (cold calling) and managing all sales enquiries and tier 1 account management. This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced salesperson.The role suits someone who is a sales professional, has a strong work ethic that translates into results and is driven towards furthering their career within the SKIPZ business. We are looking for someone with experience in waste, recycling, civil, construction or industrial based industry. With high energy, your primary outcome is to drive our brand and business to the next level. With the SKIPZ business very much in a growth stage the business requires an individual who can cover all facets of customer service and be a proactive leader in a small team. Responsibilities include:Implementation of the company's sales strategy in the Gold Coast and Southern Brisbane area.Sales growth within our designated customer market. Build and maintain strong business building and client relationships including some afterhours interaction.Show good understanding of the construction market.Maintain customer account information complete with business updates and market data within our CRM program.Maintain a log of pipeline opportunitiesDemonstrate strong initiative and decision-making process.Possess commercial and financial acumen.Have a strong desire to be successful in the initial role knowing that will lead to organisational progression.This is a career position; the successful candidate should be looking to grow with our organisation into a senior management role.
