We appreciate people who are amazing communicators, creative and like making things better for others.Role description: The Partnerships Manager will lead the growth of Beany’s partner ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand, driving acquisition through strategic alliances, professional networks, and industry partnerships. Working closely with the Commercial Manager and Sales Manager this role will own the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from identifying potential partners in Beany’s focus sectors, selling Beany and measuring performance and ROI.Core Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and integrate new partners and regional sales channels that align with Beany's growth objectives and target markets.Develop, articulate, and refine partnership proposals, materials and compelling joint-value propositions that resonate across diverse partner segments.Oversee and manage the comprehensive enablement of all partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources, training, unique identifiers (e.g. codes), and reporting capabilities to succeed.Direct and execute collaborative initiatives with the marketing team, including co-branded campaigns, educational events (like webinars), and content creation to drive mutual lead generation and brand exposure.Monitor, analyse, and report on overall sales and partnership performance; lead routine partnership reviews to foster transparency and maintain robust, open communication with all critical partners.Ensure seamless integration of the partnerships channel with the broader sales and marketing functions, providing inputs for capacity planning and process alignment. This may include tasks such as SOP creation and cross team knowledge sharing. Manage and prioritise sales and partnerships workloads and tasks.Requested background knowledge and skills:4–6 years’ experience in partnership development, business development, or channel management, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or professional services.Strong understanding of the SME ecosystem across Australia & New Zealand.Experience managing referral, affiliate, or co-marketing programs.Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.Ability to work to KPI’s and a history of achieving KPI’sProficiency with HubSpot for partner tracking and reporting.Strong commercial acumen, able to build financial models and forecast ROI.Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting proposals and hosting webinars.A relevant Bachelors degree or MBA is highly desirable.The Role is: FTE: 1.0
