The Group offers a range of premium coffee products, along with a full suite of coffee machine solutions, across Hotels, Cafes, Corporates and Retail channels.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a driven and customer-focused Business Development Manager to drive our growth across channels. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships, driving business opportunities, and ensuring the smooth execution of key business development initiatives. The position requires excellent communication, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead and deliver results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with partners across Hotels, Corporates, Cafes and Retail channelsIdentify new business opportunities within the segments and support revenue growth.Track leads, proposals, and contracts to ensure timely follow-ups and closures.Present proposals and tailored communications for clientsCoordinate and manage internal teams to deliver seamless service to clientsMonitor competitor activity and market trends within the sectorPrepare presentations to update the Board on sales performanceAssist in negotiating agreements, renewals, and terms with partnersDevelop and Implement SOPs and systems for consistency, scalability, and performanceRequirementsMinimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management in the beverage, foodservice, distribution, hospitality or related industry (experience in coffee is a strong advantage)Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related fieldExperience managing sales teams, including performance tracking and territory planningProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsExcellent relationship management, strategic planning and leadership skillsStrong communication and presentation abilitiesWhat We OfferAttractive compensation & benefits packageOpportunity to lead a dynamic and growing brandProfessional development opportunitiesFlexible work environmentFriendly & collaborative team culture
