The individual will be responsible for business planning, conducting market analysis, managing supplier relationships, and contributing to the development of strategic initiatives. Daily responsibilities also include ensuring smooth business operations, handling customer inquiries, and fostering clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilitiesExperience in business development and operational efficiencyExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsProactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detailBachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related fieldProficiency in relevant business tools and softwareKnowledge of the personal care, cosmetics & home care industry is a plus
