Good command of EnglishGood at MS OfficesWell organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.Must have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.Ability to work independent.$500 - $1,000 a monthHandle outbound/ inbound air shipment, take care of customer service and documentation, input data in system.Follow up process of transportation, handle the information and solve situationIssue the shipping document and provide it to Customer/ Overseas agentSetup timely delivery process in order to meet customers' requirementIssue the debit note & credit note for Customer/ Overseas agent timelyEstablish good working relationships with Customs and other related government agenciesReporting immediately for any irregularities/ problem and follow-up problem solving to linemanagerKeep relationship with the key customer, airlines and other co-loaders.
