As Business Development Manager Manager Western Balkans you are responsible for the development of the sales distribution structure and sales management in the region according to the specifications of MOTUL Deutschland GmbH. You open new market segments and business areas and promote strategic market development.In this position, you will be responsible for the following countries: Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Albania, Montenegro,Serbia.Business Development Manager Western BalkansYOUR TASKS: SALES IS YOUR PASSIONImplement Motul's long-term vision, mission, values and goals, in collaboration with the entire sales teamBuild and partner with a network of distributors to develop and implement Motul sales strategyDevelop and review guidelines, pricing, product mix and brand portfolioRegular monitoring and review of sales performance with distributors and improvement of sales strategiesMonitor sales figures and annual targets of distributors/wholesalers Develop and lead efforts to meet overall sales plan in area of responsibilityDevelop and maintain business contacts with distributors, wholesalers, repair shops and MOTUL customersActively contact potential customers and acquire new customers in the automotive and motorcycle industriesPreparation and delivery of customer promotions and offers in close cooperation with distributors, wholesalers and workshopsManage marketing activities in Adria Region in collaboration with Motul Marketing departmentParticipation in sales meetings of customers, wholesalers and distributors Development, implementation and support of MOTUL promotionsTrade visits to workshops, accessory shopsMonitoring of customer orders and control of their timely execution Carrying out competitor analysesCooperation with original equipment manufacturers, associations (motorsports, industry associations, etc.) and the pressRepresentation of MOTUL at trade fairs, motorsport events, associationsProfileYOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!You are currently living in Slovenia or CroatiaUniversity degree (Bachelor)Minimum 5 years of working experience in Business Development and Sales, coming from the lubricants or automotive sectorTraceable 3 years of experience in leading sales and/or marketing teamsGeneral knowledge in the majority of operations related systems (ERP) and profound knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Field tested technical skillsProject Management skillsFinancial understanding and experience. In his previous organization he must have knowledge of costing & margin calculations and a good understanding of P&L and Supply ChainDemonstrable success in negotiation of high value contracts with customersKnowledge and experience of making Marketing & Promotion strategy at global level; comprising of: Selection and implementation of proper marketing tools to increase the market shareCustomer specific strategyExperience in global logistics and material movement projects and cost understanding in such projectsLanguage: Fluent in Slovenian or Croatian and business fluent English skills (verbal and written)YOUR START?
