Join us in our mission to make a lasting impact on patients’ lives while driving innovation in field of biosimilars.We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Training & Learning Business Partner in Lendava to help shape and implement the learning culture at our newly establishing biopharmaceutical manufacturing site. This role is critical in ensuring our workforce is equipped with the right skills, knowledge, and mindset to operate in a regulated, high-performance environment.You will be responsible for translating strategy into structured, efficient learning systems that support compliance, operational excellence, and employee development. You will work closely with department leads and site leadership to define competency frameworks, manage training matrices, and ensure readiness for inspections and audits.Your Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Execute the site Training & Learning strategy in alignment with the T&L Lead and broader business goals.Define and maintain competency criteria for roles and tasks in collaboration with department heads.Maintaining the training matrix for your area, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with operational needs.Coordinate with operational managers and LMS administrators to implement and maintain individual learning plans and records.Monitor and ensure compliance with training targets and regulatory requirements.Generate clear, structured training reports for site management, T&L Lead, and inspection authorities.Drive simplification and standardization in training processes while maintaining a human-centered approach to follow-up and motivation.Organizing and leading training events at the local level and supporting training activities at other locations within the defined area.What You Will Bring To The RoleUniversity degree in Education, HR, Pharmacy, or a related field.Experience in a regulated industry, ideally pharmaceuticals or biomanufacturing.Solid understanding of GxP requirements and training-related legislation.Strong organizational and reporting skills – structured, systematic, and clear.Ability to manage complexity and drive efficiency through simplification.A proactive mindset with the ability to escalate issues thoughtfully when needed.Experience with P&O learning systems and LMS platforms.Strong Excel skills (e.g., working with spreadsheets, analyses, pivot tables, functions, etc.).Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.You’ll ReceiveEmployment at the most reputable employer in Slovenia offers Competitive salary, Annual bonus, Flexible working schedule, tailored to your needs, possibility to work from home, Pension scheme, Employee Recognition Scheme, Expanded program for the promotion of health in the field of physical, mental and social well-being (Energized for Life), Unlimited learning and development opportunities.Possible job locations: Lendava, SloveniaWe offer permanent contract with a probationary period of 6 months.You are kindly invited to submit your application in the English language, including your CV by November 30th, 2025Why Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
