With a diverse, multicultural team, we deliver innovative solutions and 24/7 service to our partners.Yanolja Go Global is seeking a driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to strengthen our commercial presence in Turkey, with a primary focus on Istanbul and surrounding regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding our existing client portfolio, and serving as a key liaison between travel partners and internal teams. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on sales coordination and relationship management across the Turkish travel market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow Yanolja Go Global’s footprint in Turkey.Identify, onboard, and nurture new partnerships with travel agencies, OTAs, and key retail partners across the Turkish market.Strengthen and expand relationships with existing partners to drive top-line and bottom-line growth.Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.Manage daily communications with clients, including account-related requests and operational coordination.Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to partner needs.Review and validate customer contracts, documentation, and account setups.Support offline requests from agencies and ensure efficient coordination with operations, finance, and product teams.Represent Yanolja Go Global at local and international trade fairs, workshops, and industry events.Maintain up-to-date CRM records and produce regular sales performance reports.Qualifications2+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management within the travel or hospitality industry.Strong professional network in Istanbul and the broader Turkish travel market.Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.Familiarity with hotel distribution systems, XML/API connectivity, and B2B online platforms.Fluent in English and Turkish (both written and spoken).Availability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.Preferred Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience working with travel agencies, DMCs, or hotel chains.Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.Background in operations or sales within B2B online hotel reservation channels.Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, customer-focused approach.Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and commercial acumen.Why Yanolja Go Global?Join a fast-growing, tech-driven global travel company with over 20,000 partners worldwide.Enjoy hybrid flexibility based in Istanbul, combining autonomy with collaboration.Be part of a multicultural, international team and gain exposure to diverse markets.Develop your career in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment.
