Financial Strategy & Modelling - Senior Analyst

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Analyst to join our Financial Strategy & Modelling team at a well-established, investment holding company. You will work directly with the Head of Financial Strategy & Modelling department and other senior members of the Holding Company to support business planning and strategic investments projects across a dynamic and diversified portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Support building and maintaining complex financial models (Business Planning, 3-statement, Feasibility, DCF, IRR, and scenario analysis models) for group and subsidiary-level companies.Support in semi-annual variance analysis against actual vs forecasts.Conduct economic, financial, and valuation analysis for new investments, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital allocation decisions.Participate in due diligence processes, market research, and risk/return assessments for strategic transactions.Prepare investment memorandums, strategic evaluations, and financial review documents to support executive decision-making for internal and external stakeholders.Support coordination with external advisors and assist in documentation management during transaction processes.Collaborate on enhancing internal financial models, automation tools, and reporting standards across the organization.Contribute to market, industry, and peer benchmarking research in support of strategic planning and investment decisions.Qualifications:2–4 years of relevant experience in financial consultancy, investment banking, or corporate finance – ideally within a Big 4 or investment-focused environment.Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly numerate with commercial awareness.Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English (written and verbal).Agile, self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.Interest in automation tools (Power BI, VBA, or similar).CFA Candidacy is a plus.What we Offer:Competitive salaryPrivate health insuranceCFA exam waiver supportA dynamic, collaborative, and merit-based work environment.The opportunity to work on high-impact projects directly influencing executive decision-making.Career growth in a fast-paced investment and corporate strategy ecosystem.
