This role will ensure operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth coordination between our warehouse, stores, suppliers, and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesManage ÜTS (Turkish Ministry of Health) product registrations and regulatory processesHandle correspondence with Korean suppliers regarding procurement and documentationPrepare customs documentation and monitor inventory levelsCoordinate between warehouse, retail stores, and accounting departmentsOversee order flow and ensure timely, accurate processingPerform Nebim ERP-related operational tasksPrepare stock analysis reports and operational performance summariesSupport PIF/CPSR certification and documentation processes for new productsQualificationsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and responsibleProficient in ExcelExperience in logistics, accounting, operations, or supply chain is an advantageStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage operational workflows efficientlyWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + performance-based bonus1% phantom share (with 2-year vesting schedule)Training and professional development supportMonthly Seulab product packageCollaborative and dynamic working environment at Galataport Paket Postanesi📩 To apply: Please send your CV to info@seulab.co
