BRIEF JOB PROFILE Design and implement effective marketing strategies to promote and sell both new and existing insurance products.Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them.Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and regular follow-up.Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.Deliver excellent service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Consistently achieve sales and business development targets.Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.REQUIREMENT Educational Background: A minimum of a B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline is required. This provides the foundational knowledge needed for sales, marketing, and client relationship management.Relevant Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role within the insurance industry. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of selling insurance products, achieving targets, and managing client portfolios.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential to clearly present insurance solutions, negotiate effectively, and maintain professional interactions with clients.Networking & Relationship Building: Must possess excellent networking skills and the ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Orientation: A results-driven mindset with the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
