Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive located in Lagos. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships. Key tasks include market research, identifying growth opportunities, creating strategies to acquire new clients, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and account management. Qualifications Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities.Strong skills in Business strategy and execution to drive company goals and objectives.Excellent Communication abilities to establish and maintain client relationships effectively.Proven experience in Account Management to build and nurture long-term client partnerships.Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and on-site team environment in Lagos.Prior work experience in event management, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
