We work with a wide range of industries, including healthcare, construction, engineering, IT, and professional services.The RoleWe are seeking motivated Freelance Business Development Partners to support our candidate placement operations in Saudi Arabia.Your main goal will be to identify and develop employer relationships and find current hiring needs or ongoing recruitment campaigns in any sector.Your ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach employers or HR decision-makers in Riyadh and other Saudi regions.Gather information on active or upcoming recruitment campaigns.Liaise with Falcon Global Consulting’s recruitment team to match qualified candidates.Maintain accurate and professional communication with both employers and Falcon’s internal consultants.Build long-term partnerships with employers across multiple sectors.Your ProfileStrong existing network or ability to develop new employer contacts quickly.Background in recruitment, HR, or business development is highly preferred.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented.Compensation100% commission-based — no fixed salary.Earn attractive commissions (10 to 15%) on successful placements and campaigns generated.Unlimited earning potential based on performance.Why Join?Flexible, independent freelance setup.International team environment.Opportunity to work across various industries and client types.Direct impact — you are rewarded for every success you generate.
