The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and managing high-impact partnerships that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.Job DescriptionsIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities with insurance companies, corporates, universities, shopping malls, and other relevant institutions.Lead the end-to-end partnership development process from sourcing to execution, including initial outreach, pitch development, negotiation, and contract finalization.Build mutually beneficial partnership models that support customer acquisition and brand awareness.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.Work cross-functionally to integrate partnership strategies into broader company goals and operational plans.Job QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic salesExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong analytical skills and business acumenAbility to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously
