Job Summary:We’re looking for an experienced BDR/Appointment Setter to drive outbound prospecting, manage lead pipelines, and book qualified calls for sales leadership. The role involves outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, managing contacts through HubSpot, tracking key metrics, and supporting sales processes. Success in this role requires proven SaaS outreach experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to consistently hit quotas.Core Tasks:Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through DM, cold-calling, email outreachCreate lead lists and enrich prospect data using several toolsSchedule qualification calls with the ultimate goal of booking calls with sales leadershipManage contacts and paperwork at final deal stagesFilter un- or underqualified leads through phone conversationTrack and report on key outreach and close metricsCreate role-related SOPs and edit / update them on an ongoing basisPerform other tactical sales, finance, and sales-marketing related tasks as neededMust-Haves:3+ years experience in phone outreach / an Appointment Setter or BDR outreach roleHands on experience with a B2B saas product (experience working with contractor / construction a plus)Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C-level or higher)1+ years of experience developing and executing on Linkedin DM campaignsExperience using Sales Navigator (preferred) or similar lead list building toolsDemonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales outreach role1+ years experience using HubSpot (or similar tool) for contact / pipeline mgmtBasic - intermediate Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reportingAbility to work full time PSTNice-to-Haves:Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or life sciences industryFamiliarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
