Now, approaching 2026, we are looking for ambitious self-starters, builders with a growth mindset and a passion for business development, performance marketing, lead generation and the startup ecosystem to join our team to tackle the new growth curve together!Responsibilities:1. Take a lead role in the management and operational delivery of outbound activity across multiple LinkedIn accounts.2. Perform analysis of outreach results against key performance indicators, using this data to refine and improve performance month on month.3. Receive comprehensive training around LinkedIn Sales Navigator to develop lead generation skills. Attend online webinars and LinkedIn training sessions to ensure best-in-practice standards.4. Coordinate with the acquisition team to review future ideas and solutions.5. Listen and study sales calls across the Advisor and Startup teams, respectively, to further develop sales development skills.6. Maintain and nurture current customer lists across LinkedIn, including updating prospect and customer exclusion lists monthly.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceStrong verbal and written communication and time management skillsProfessional level of proficiency in EnglishTrack record of B2B or B2C outbound outreachMinimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or MarketingExperience in HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorAnd a desire to build a strong, fast-track career in a fast-growth environment!
