About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Manager for one of our esteemed client.Company has been established for nearly 30 years, specializing in the design and manufacturing of high-end heat exchangers and other core chemical processing equipment. With robust technological and supply chain barriers, we maintained a gross profit margin of 40% and annual revenue exceeding RMB 500 million in 2024We are continuously expanding into international markets such as the Middle East, Europe, Latin America, Asia. To further grow in the Middle East, especially with major oil companies, we are now seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to actively drive sales and client engagement in the Middle East Region. Key Responsibilities Drive direct sales of Groundsun’s core products (heat exchangers, etc.) to major Middle Eastern oil companies and chemical industry clients. Lead efforts to obtain international certifications and secure entry into the supply chain system of top Middle Eastern energy players. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and represent the company in business negotiations, exhibitions, and trade fairs across the Middle East. Collaborate with headquarters in China while ensuring localized business operations in Dubai. Must-to-Have Qualifications Direct Sales Experience: Proven track record of selling directly to Middle Eastern oil companies such as Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, and KOC (not through agents). Pre-qualification & Registration Experience: Familiar with pre-qualification and registration process as well as stringent vendor approval requirements Cultural & Localization Fit: Fluent in English and own deep understanding of business etiquette, negotiation practices, and religious/cultural norms in the Middle East. Nice-to-Have Qualifications China Business Experience: Experience in representing Chinese enterprises or supplying equipment for Chinese EPC projects in the Middle East EPC or Procurement Background: Previous employment in procurement for national oil companies or international EPCs . Chemical Equipment Product Knowledge: Familiar with technical parameters and application scenarios of heat exchangers, reactors, distillation towers, etc. Ability to sell directly to owners/operators in the petroleum/chemical industry. Diversified Channel Resources: Established networks with agents, distributors, or access to trade fairs and commercial platforms.
