Unbox your potential at SinaLite!Key ResponsibilitiesBe a Brand Champion!Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) and book qualified meetings for Account ExecutivesMaintain high-volume outbound outreach, averaging over 40+ unique activities per dayResearch and identify high-potential brands based on key criteria (revenue, number of SKUs, retail presence, etc.)Qualify prospects based on packaging spend, growth potential, and order frequencyCollaborate closely with the Account Executive team to ensure smooth hand-offs and strong meeting qualityUse Salesforce to log activities, track opportunities, and report on KPIsPartnering closely with Account Executives to help move along qualified pipeline through the sales cyclePersonalize messaging to decision-makers (founders, operations, procurement, marketing) using insights from ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal resourcesQualificationsStrong desire to start or grow a career in B2B salesHighly coachable with a willingness to learn and apply feedbackProactive, self-motivated with an analytical mindset and a go-getter attitude.Proven drive and persistence in hitting activity-based targetsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable conducting cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedInStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator is a plusWhat’s In It For YouCareer Growth: Robust career path with a full development plan and the opportunity to grow in the organization.Learning and Development: Ongoing sales training and skill developmentSupportive Culture: A positive and collaborative team that celebrates your wins and helps you achieve your goals.Benefits & Perks: We offer paid wellness days as well as excellent benefits coverage, including health, dental, vision!
