About The TeamOur sales team is comprised of former college and professional athletes with a deep passion for sports.What You’ll DoBusiness Development Representatives (BDRs) are responsible for sourcing and creating new sales opportunities. You will identify prospective organizations that match our ideal customer profile and conduct outbound outreach via email and phone to book qualified meetings.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through market research and cold outreach.Lead Qualification: Assess fit based on our ideal customer profile.Meeting Scheduling: Arrange initial meetings for the sales team to close deals.CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead data and activity records.Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to refine sales strategies and provide feedback on prospect interactions.Essential Skills and QualificationsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with prospects.Critical Thinking: Ability to creatively solve problems in real time.Deal Driven: Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling.
