The company offers a range of products designed for DevOps and FinOps teams responsible for managing cloud usage within organizations.Position OverviewWe are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Zesty’s growing sales team.As the first point of contact with prospective customers, you will play a key role in building pipeline and driving company growth. This role combines inbound and outbound work, sharp discovery skills, and close collaboration with Account Executives and Marketing.You will be selling a sophisticated, technical SaaS product to engineering and cloud leaders - a solution that delivers immediate and measurable value.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop strong sales fundamentals in a high-impact, fast-growing environment.Your Ownership Will IncludeBuild pipeline from scratch by reaching out to high-value target accounts via calls, email, and LinkedIn.Qualify inbound leads and convert interest into high-quality, sales-ready meetings.Lead focused discovery calls with engineering, DevOps, and cloud leaders to understand pain points and identify fit.Open doors to strategic accounts and create momentum for the sales team.Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.Own your performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets.RequirementsFluent English, both spoken and written.At least 1 year of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a B2B sales role within a SaaS or technology company.Hands-on experience working with CRM systems and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Availability to work Monday through Friday aligned with U.S. working hours.Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage technical stakeholders.Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to meet and exceed targets.Nice To HaveExperience selling to technical audiences such as engineers, DevOps, or cloud professionals.Experience leading structured discovery conversations.Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.Interest in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or AI-driven optimization solutions.Why is it exciting being a Zester- At Zesty, we're a team of driven, forward-thinkers passionate about pushing the boundaries of cloud optimization.
