The SDR will focus on outbound prospecting and lead follow-up, targeting insurance agencies, brokers, and fleet-focused partners in the U.S. market.This role is ideal for English speakers with prior sales experience who understand U.S. business culture and is comfortable engaging decision-makers by phone.ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound cold calls to targeted B2B prospects in the U.S.Follow up with inbound leads to qualify and schedule meetingsIdentify decision-makers and uncover partnership opportunitiesBook qualified meetings for senior sales representativesMaintain accurate CRM records and activity trackingMeet weekly and monthly meeting-setting targetsRequirementsProven background in sales, business development, or SDR roleMother tongue level EnglishStrong preference for candidates with past residency in the United StatesConfident cold-calling ability and objection handling skillsProfessional phone presence and clear accentSelf-disciplined and results-drivenComfortable working with CRM systemsWorking HoursMonday–Friday16:00–21:00 Israel time (aligned with U.S. business hours)CompensationBase salary + Performance-based bonuses tied to number of qualified meetings setLocationIsrael-basedHybrid flexibility availableSafe Drive Systems partners with insurance agencies and fleet-focused producers to increase revenue through telematics-driven solutions.
