Job Description

Transworld Logistics is looking for a Global Strategic Account Manager to lead and develop relationships with key international customers, drive business growth, deliver outstanding customer experience and managing strategic global accounts in close collaboration with our exclusive partner, Expeditors International.Key Responsibilities• End-to-end management of strategic global accounts • Leading global customer communications and cross-functional collaboration • Customer onboarding, service performance monitoring, and process optimization • Ownership of KPIs, business reviews, and performance reporting • Management of SOPs, contracts, CRM documentation, and customer governance Qualifications: • Proven experience in strategic/global account management within logistics or supply chain • Strong understanding of freight forwarding and customs operations • Experience working with international stakeholders • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills • Fluent English and Hebrew • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
