About the Role:Acumen is looking for a results-driven Business Development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding Acumen’s market reach in the HR consulting and recruitment sector. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to client engagement, and a deep understanding of B2B service sales.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat businessPrepare and deliver professional sales pitches tailored to client needs.Identify and approach new potential clientsCoordinate with internal recruitment and consulting teams to align client expectations with service deliveryMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsMaintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates via CRM toolsAttend client meetings, industry events, and represent Acumen with professionalism and integrityRequirements:Diploma degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (preferred bachelor)0–4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in HR services, recruitment, or B2B consultingExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and ArabicNegotiation and presentation skillsFamiliarity with CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
