Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate and strategic sales leader to be a central pillar of our business expansion. You will be responsible for pioneering and deepening our market penetration within key Saudi industries (primarily Education, Healthcare, and Large Retail Chains). Your role will involve building our client base from the ground up, articulating the value of our cutting-edge technology, and ultimately leading a team to achieve sustained business growth. This is not just a sales role; it is an opportunity to become a partner and a key architect of our business success.Key Responsibilities:1. Market Development & Sales Performance:Develop and execute the sales strategy and plan for target industries (Education, Healthcare, Large Retail Chains) in Saudi Arabia.Proactively generate new business by establishing and nurturing long-term, strategic relationships with key decision-makers.Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to solution presentation, negotiation, and deal closure, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.2. Pre-Sales Solution Support:At the initial stages of client engagement, deeply understand customer pain points and effectively map our virtualization, AI, IoT, and VDI solutions to address their specific needs.Possess the ability to deliver compelling technical demonstrations and value propositions, and collaborate with the technical team to develop initial customized solutions.3. Client Resource Expansion & Management:Leverage and expand your existing rich network of contacts within the IT industry to rapidly establish a market foothold.Demonstrate excellent customer relationship management skills, building a high-value network and ecosystem within your industries.4. Team Building & Leadership:As the business grows, demonstrate the capability to recruit, train, and lead a high-performance sales team.Set team goals, motivate team members, and foster a culture of excellence and ambition.Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:1. Experience & Background:Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the IT solutions sector within Saudi Arabia, with a proven track record and established client network in the Education, Healthcare, and/or Large Retail Chains sectors.Experience selling virtualization, cloud computing, AI, IoT, or enterprise software/hardware solutions is a significant advantage.2. Core Competencies:Resourcefulness & Business Development: Possess a rich portfolio of local IT client contacts and a demonstrated exceptional ability to develop new business.Technical Acumen: Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of our technology stack to clients.Pre-Sales Skill: Ability to conduct initial requirements analysis and solution design, effectively bridging the gap between the client and the backend technical team.Leadership Potential: Demonstrate clear potential for team management and leadership; prior experience in building a team is a plus.3. Personal Attributes:Results-driven with a strong sense of initiative and achievement.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and solve complex problems.Native Arabic language skills are essential.
