As Business Director, you will play a central role in the Growth Team—partnering with across functions to drive business expansion, operational excellence, and a strong team culture. You will lead business growth across Asia by strengthening client relationships, delivering impactful creative work, and elevating our client's presence in this region. You will also mentor client servicing teams and support the professional development of talent across the office.What You’ll Be Responsible For:Business Growth & New OpportunitiesDrive revenue growth, improve profitability, and achieve consistent year-over-year performance.Lead end-to-end new business efforts, from qualifying opportunities to developing pitch materials and presenting to prospects.Develop strong award submissions and case studies to showcase agency work.Create and execute a business development strategy, including targeted campaigns and plans for priority clients.Conduct market and client research to identify opportunities and inform strategy.Maintain a robust business pipeline through proactive follow-up.Oversee smooth onboarding of new clients and transition to account teams.Client Leadership & DeliveryAct as day-to-day lead on key accounts, guiding projects from planning through execution.Develop and present proposals, scopes, timelines, and staffing plans.Inspire cross-functional teams and ensure high performance across strategy, creative, production, and financial management.Deliver solutions tailored to client needs and grounded in business and competitive insights.Ensure work meets the highest standards and contributes to industry recognition.Drive thought leadership and continuous optimization of client programs.People & CultureCoach and develop team members through feedback and meaningful growth opportunities.Foster collaboration across disciplines and promote integrated ways of working.Partner with senior leaders to drive a unified approach to client service.Requirements:Client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach to challenges.Organizational savvy and understanding of stakeholder dynamics.Leadership and influence to motivate cross-functional teams.Sales drive with a track record of winning and growing accounts.Strong collaboration skills and clear communication across teams.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within the next two weeks.
