Key Responsibilities:1. Business Strategy & GrowthDevelop and implement the overall business strategy for the packaging division in alignment with corporate goals.Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and product innovations.Lead business expansion initiatives, including new product launches, partnerships, and acquisitions.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive competitive advantage.2. Financial & Operational ManagementOwn P&L responsibility and ensure profitability targets are achieved.Collaborate with the Finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.Drive operational efficiency and productivity across manufacturing, supply chain, and service delivery.Implement KPIs and performance metrics to monitor and improve business performance.3. Sales & Marketing LeadershipLead the sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.Strengthen key customer relationships and negotiate high-value contracts.Promote brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.4. Team Leadership & DevelopmentBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.Ensure talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies are in place.5. Compliance & GovernanceEnsure adherence to legal, regulatory, and quality standards in operations.Drive health, safety, and environmental compliance across all facilities.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.10–15 years of progressive experience in the packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of P&L management, revenue growth, and operational excellence.Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.Understanding of production processes, supply chain, and market dynamics in packaging.
