Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Business Intelligence / Analytics / Data / StrategyAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support data-driven decision making across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to collect, process, and analyze data, and develop actionable insights and reports that guide business strategies.This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, experience in BI tools, and a passion for translating data into meaningful business insights.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & InsightsCollect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business decision-making.Develop ad-hoc analysis and deep dives for management and stakeholders.Reporting & Dashboard DevelopmentDesign, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, etc.).Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for different business units.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all reporting outputs.Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementPartner with business teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations) to understand analytics needs.Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and KPIs.Present insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Data Management & GovernanceMaintain data quality, integrity, and security standards.Assist in creating data dictionaries, metadata documentation, and BI best practices.Support continuous improvement of analytics and reporting processes.Strategic SupportProvide data insights to guide business strategy, performance improvements, and operational efficiency.Assist in forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario modeling.Stay updated with emerging BI and analytics tools to enhance reporting capabilities.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.2–5 years experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting roles.Experience in a corporate, technology, or consulting environment preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik).Strong SQL skills and experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for analysis and modeling.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks.PreferredKnowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and data pipelines.Experience with Python or R for data analysis.Understanding of KPIs, metrics, and business performance measurement.Why Join UsWork with large-scale datasets to drive strategic business decisions.Opportunity to directly impact business performance and strategy.Career growth into Senior BI Analyst, Analytics Manager, Data Analytics Lead, or BI Director.Collaborative, innovative, and learning-focused environment.
