We are looking for three Consultants to design, develop, and implement an interactive project dashboard. This role combines technical expertise with capacity building, ensuring that local staff can manage, update, and expand the dashboard long after the project concludes. What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience designing and implementing dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Azure Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (e. g.

, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL) for building and managing cloud-based dashboardsStrong expertise in ETL pipeline development and data integration within Azure or other cloud environmentsDemonstrated success creating dashboards for M&E, international development, or donor-funded projectsStrong data modelling, visualization, and analytics skillsExperience training and mentoring staff in data tools and reportingFamiliarity with results-based management frameworks (a plus)A collaborative, adaptable, and culturally sensitive professionalFluent in EnglishWhat You’ll Do in this role: · Design & Develop the Dashboardo Select and implement the right visualization platform (Power BI, Tableau, etc.

)o Build a user-friendly dashboard, interactive, drill-down features and custom visualso Connect the dashboard to real-time data sources and automate updates· Build Capacity & Transfer Knowledgeo Create clear user guides and documentationo Deliver practical training sessions to staff on dashboard use, maintenance, and customizationo Provide ongoing Q&A support for up to 2 months post-training· Ensure Long-Term Sustainabilityo Conduct final reviews and testing with project staffo Transfer all source files, models, and access credentialso Recommend improvements and potential integrations with other toolsPlatform Selection & Architecture· Lead the design and implementation of a cloud-based monitoring and reporting system using Microsoft Azure services (e.

g. , Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, Azure Data Factory). · Assess existing tools and ensure seamless integration with organizational systems and data workflows. · Build secure, scalable, and sustainable architecture for long-term adoption. Dashboard Development· Develop a customized Azure-powered dashboard visualizing key performance indicators, baseline metrics, and progress across multiple dimensions (country, demographics, sector). · Implement ETL pipelines for automated data extraction, transformation, and loading using Azure Data Factory. · Enable advanced analytics, drill-down views, and real-time updates for decision-making.
