Tableau (Techno-Functional) Developer:Permanent positionWork Location: Warsaw, Poland Work from Office – 3 days/ week (Mandatory)JD for the Tableau (Techno-Functional) Developer with Banking domain experience as discussed in yesterday’s call. Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Tableau (Techno-Functional) Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing BI dashboards, Tableau prepflows, Tableau workbooks, etc.. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the banking domain, particularly across risk management, regulatory reporting, and data governance functions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, prepflows, workbooks, and visual analytics solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Audit teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable dashboards.Perform data modeling, data blending, and data optimization for high‑volume banking datasets.Build and maintain data pipelines supporting analytical/reporting requirements (SQL, ETL workflows).Ensure dashboard performance tuning, scalability, and adherence to visualization best practices.Work closely with Risk Governance teams for Basel/BCBS reporting, operational risk reporting, and control metrics visualization.Validate data accuracy, perform root-cause analysis for data quality issues, and ensure alignment with data governance standards.Support automation of risk dashboards and periodic reporting cycles for senior management.Document technical designs, data flows, and dashboard usage guidelines.Required Skills & Experience8+ years of proven experience in Tableau development and BI visualization.Strong SQL expertise (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).Good understanding of banking processes - credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and regulatory reporting.Experience with Risk Governance frameworks (BCBS 239, RCSA, KRI dashboards, Loss Event reporting).Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL tools, and performance optimization.Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality dashboards.Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem‑solving.Good to HaveExperience with Python / R for advanced analytics.Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehousing concepts.Exposure to Tableau Server administration and environment management.Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
