Role Description This is a full-time on-site position in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, as a Business Lead at LakiPay. The Business Lead will spearhead strategic initiatives, oversee business planning, and work collaboratively with teams to achieve key objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing actionable business strategies, fostering successful communication within teams, and enhancing customer service processes for optimal client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive and results-driven professional to lead the organization towards growth and efficiency. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.Proficiency in business planning and strategy development to drive organizational success.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.Experience in customer service, with a focus on optimizing client satisfaction and support services.Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive problem-solving mindset.A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with the payment processing industry and financial technologies is a strong advantage.
