Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for a Program Director. The Program Director will oversee the planning, execution, and management of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-departmental teams, developing program strategies, monitoring budgets, assessing risks, and ensuring the timely delivery of results. The Program Director will also drive stakeholder engagement, maintain quality standards, and foster a collaborative work environment to meet project objectives. Qualifications Program management and leadership skills, including strategic planning and cross-functional collaborationBudget management, risk assessment, and financial oversight abilitiesProficiency in project execution, problem-solving, and maintaining quality assuranceStrong communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge or experience in technology-focused solutions, digital payment systems, or financial services is an assetBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related fieldDemonstrated ability to lead teams in on-site work environmentsUnderstanding of the Ethiopian market and context is a plus
