12 months fixed term contract with view to extensionCompetitive Salary Immediate start About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join a corporate team for a 12-18 month leave cover. This role is critical in managing data accuracy, regulatory reporting, and supporting operational evaluations. You'll work closely with finance and IT teams to improve systems and processes, with occasional site visits to understand operations. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate data records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Prepare and deliver evaluation reports during key periods.Collaborate with IT and finance teams on system and process improvements.Work independently to meet deadlines and deliver accurate reporting.Heavy use of Excel for data analysis and reporting. What We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.Comfortable working with data and deadlines.Experience with process improvement projects is a bonus.
