Business Management Intern

We are looking for a proactive and motivated intern to join the OTC derivatives desk. This role offers hands-on exposure to the fast-paced world of crypto trading and business development. You will work closely with traders and sales to support daily operations, client engagement, and strategic initiatives.What You’ll Be DoingSupport the trading and sales team in daily desk operations.Help close workflow gaps and streamline internal processes between trading, operations, and client teams.Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, leads, and deal progress.Coordinate and follow up with clients, ensuring timely communication and smooth execution.Prepare pitch materials, trade summaries, and product updates for client distribution.Assist with business performance tracking and reporting.Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.The Ideal CandidateUndergraduate or graduate student in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.Strong interest in crypto markets, derivatives, or structured products.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable learning new tools.Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.What We OfferThis is a paid part-time internship - Interns will be expected to work approximately 16-24 hours per week on a flexible schedule that favors independent self-starters.Exposure to crypto derivatives and structured product markets.Hands-on experience supporting sales and trading functions.A strong understanding of how institutional crypto businesses operate.About CaladanCaladan makes digital asset markets more efficient and fair.
