The Global Sector Development team is searching for an intern to support our agile team and this could be a great opportunity for you!DHL Supply Chain is Great Place To Work® certified.ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision and guidance of the sector development managers, you will be assisting to deliver projects covering the following: Identification of trends to define opportunities, develop concepts & business casesDevelopment of BD strategy including growth forecasts and go-to-market plans.Development of sector and product strategies, together with regions & countriesSupport in the development of APAC strategy including market research and data processing / analysis as requiredDesign and develop tools / dashboards to monitor progress on KPIs defined by the businessDevelopment and implementation of processes and frameworks in context of regional strategyPresentation of plans and updates to senior managementRequirementsThis role could be a great fit if you have some of the following qualities and competencies: Enjoy cross-functional project work involving multiple countries, departments & stakeholdersGood at critical thinking and analysis, research and visualizing dataComfortable working and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneouslyHave a willingness to learn quickly and stretch yourselfWell organised and keen to deliver on timeSome knowledge of Supply Chain industry and logistics processesProficient in verbal and written English, Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Excel, PowerPointGood communication, messaging and interpersonal skillsExperience in large data processing and visualization a plus (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python)
