Job Title: Business Manager Country: Egypt Location: CairoJob Purpose:As a Business manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the therapy area business plans to achieve the key performance indicators of the business line by leading your team and coordinating with the cross-functional teams.The Business manager will be responsible for the sales & marketing plans, the key opinion leader engagement, team coaching and development, as well as managing the human and financial resources under his/her management in accordance with company policies and procedures.Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for sales & marketing plans for the products in the assigned therapy areaGuide different territories planning using market insights and data analytics to enhance field activities, coverage, and frequency to achieve the therapy area key performance indicators.Set individuals key performance indicators Accurately & ObjectivelyImplement innovative approaches to territory management, driving agility and responsiveness to market dynamics.Able to identify opportunities and anticipate emerging issues and provide proactive recommendations and strategies to capitalize on opportunities or mitigate potential risks at an early stage.Demonstrate a patient-centric mindset by personally engaging with key accounts, leveraging Biopharma-mea values, deep therapy area knowledge, and product expertise to provide tailored solutions.Identify and nurture relationships with the key stakeholders capable of addressing patients' unmet medical needs. Proactively engage with thought leaders and decision-makers to foster impactful collaborations and drive patient-centric solutions.Effectively implement best-practice negotiation strategies and tactics, resulting in consistently favorable patient outcomes.Cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of strategies for a successful therapy area performance and improved patient access to medication.Proactively foster collaborative thinking and communication across teams, inspiring innovation and pushing boundaries to achieve goals.Uphold & encourage a positive image for the company, the team, and oneself through professional conduct and interactions.Ensure compliance with all company policies & regulatory requirements. Stay abreast of evolving regulations and industry standards, providing guidance and support to the team to uphold ethical conduct and integrity.Identifying different team members strengths and areas for improvement through daily interactions and performance observations to provide effective and tailored coaching and provide insights for the training programs.Ensure self & team tasks completion in a timely manner, providing necessary support and resources as needed.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in pharmacy or a medical degree.Postgraduate education in business administration and/or management is a plus.Considerable proven Sales & Marketing experience with successful track records in the Egyptian pharmaceutical industry for at least seven years.Experience in Multiple sclerosis/Neurology Diseases areas is a definite Plus.Proficient problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze root causes and implement innovative & effective solutions.Demonstrates solid analytical skills. Able to identify and understand complex issues, interpret information, and provide solutions in a structured manner.Committed to excellence and success.Capable in working autonomously, adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Has fair self-awareness and regularly seeks feedback and personal improvement.Thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly learn new skills and technologies.Tendency to exert extra miles smart efforts to achieve the area and the franchise goals.Ability to travel up to 50% of his/her time.Commitment to ethical conduct in all interactions and decisions.Valid Driving License.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong command of English language.
