Strategic Impact You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans, providing critical market insights, and driving revenue growth across multiple product lines. Your contribution will directly influence product direction and market positioning. Customer & Corporate Engagement You will build and maintain deep relationships from mill operations up to corporate-level customers, acting as a key liaison between the customer, sales, finance, and R&D teams. Location Flexibility This is a remote or regional office position based in the Southeast Region, offering flexibility while requiring significant travel across North America to engage with key customers and markets.Job DetailsThe Business Manager is responsible for the commercial success and strategic direction of our Tissue (Paper Machine Clothing & Roll Services) and Industrial (Non-Wovens & Fiber Cement) product lines in North America.Key Responsibilities Tissue Business Leadership Drive growth of Paper Machine Clothing and Roll Services across North American tissue mills.Lead strategic business plan development, forecasting, and resource planning for the tissue segment.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on tissue manufacturing, especially Through-Air Drying (TAD) technology.Collaborate with corporate accounts and provide market insights to guide product development. Industrial Business Management Manage and grow the industrial textiles segment within the non-woven and fiber cement industries.Monitor industry trends and competitive activity for strategic planning and product positioning.Coordinate with technical and product teams to ensure product performance meets specific customer application needs. Performance Metrics (KPIs) Success will be measured by Revenue Growth (year-over-year order growth), Customer Retention, New Business Development, and Forecast Accuracy.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in the tissue industry, with proven expertise in TAD processes. Demonstrated success in business development, account management, or technical sales. Experience in industrial textiles (non-woven, fiber cement) is a significant asset. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across complex organizational structures.
