You’ll play a key role in shaping the operational backbone that enables Cisco’s next-generation operations motion.Leverage AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to analyze operational data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights, translating them into clear business narratives.Analyze and optimize end-to-end operational processes, mapping workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and ensuring efficiency across teams and channel partners.Support and enable customer-facing teams (distributors, sales) by clarifying operational requirements, leading enablement sessions, and communicating complex insights simply.Define, track, and analyze key operational KPIs and business metrics for Americas operations, presenting performance dashboards and insights to leadership with data storytelling.Drive cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives, documenting process changes, and acting as a thought partner to leadership by proposing innovative, data-driven ideas.Minimum QualificationsEducation & Core Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, coupled with 5+ years of experience in business operations, business analysis, strategy analysis, process improvement, or channel operations.AI & Data Analytics Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI tools, data visualization, and prompt-driven analytics (e.g., ChatGPT, Tableau, Power BI).Data Storytelling & Presentation: Exceptional data storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.Operational Process Optimization: Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end operational process optimization.Core Technical Tools: Proficiency in essential business tools including Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/CRM systems, and analytics platforms.Preferred QualificationsProcess Improvement Methodologies: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other recognized process improvement methodologies.Independent Work Ethic: Experience managing multiple, competing priorities effectively with minimal supervision.Multilingual Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a strong advantage.Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills, particularly for collaboration with distributors.Why Cisco?At Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era – and beyond.
