Role: Business Operations ManagerLocation: Shenzhen or GuangzhouMeet the TeamThe role of Business Operations Manager will be an integral member of the Cisco APJC Strategy, Planning & Operations organization, which supports the Sales Leaders in APJC/GC team.The Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting Greater China – China South and Hong Kong sales business. This role will work closely with the Greater China sales leaders to develop sales operations cadence, drive sales discipline, manage daily GTM operations, provide sales enablement and process support.Specific responsibilities include:Oerations Manager is a key business partner for the sales organization focused on providing operational services to enable sales strategy.Support sales initiatives through advisory services and programmatic support.Provide intelligent business insights through translation of reporting and analytics.Lead key tracks and initiatives to help drive sales growthDrive “Voice of the Customer” to support improvement recommendations for project prioritization.Support & execute Sales GTM Planning and enablement.Implement, manage and support both sales policies and governance.Support sales adoption, operational readiness, change management, communication and governance aspects of the project rolloutIdentify, capture and monitor appropriate business value and operational metrics to ensure business objectives are metProvide advisory services to maximize sales success and enable operational excellence.Your ImpactThe successful candidate will work closely with Cisco APJC cross-regional Strategy, Planning & Operations team, Greater China Sales Leadership Team, Cisco Corporate, Services, Partner Sales, other Architecture Sales teams, Marketing, Cisco Capital, Finance and other Cisco's Senior Leadership Team. This opportunity also requires leadership across a highly matrixed organization and will involve influencing effective and efficient decision-making.Minimun Qualifications Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Min 2 years hands on experience in an operational management, sales strategy or sales role.Communications & influence: Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively facilitate and communicate through influence and negotiation at executive and operational levels of the organization to drive change and adoptionTeamwork: Strong team player with ability to lead cross-functional work groups and influence without authority.Fluent English and Mandarin;Preferred Qualifications Business Acumen: Ability to digest and synthesize information from multiple sources and make dispassionate assessments of what needs to be done with the business. Business operations background preferably in Sales/Channels or related domains.Analytical thinking: Ability to assess and anticipate project impacts and risks to the business and recommend and communicate potential solutions.Proven ability to develop ‘trusted advisory’ relationships with key sales stakeholders.Cantonese speaking preferred
