Job Description

Your Responsibilities1.Manage and optimize available resources on Trip.com EU Region to drive traffic and revenue growth.2.Assist in localizing content to ensure clear, accurate, and appealing product descriptions in the local language.3.Collaborate with both local and international marketing teams to plan and execute marketing promotions on the Website/App.4.Work closely with internal business development teams to identify potential products for the target market.5.Identify and explore external partnership opportunities to increase user engagement and drive sales on the website.6.Analyze and track internal and external data to uncover actionable insights and communicate them effectively.We're looking for you if your profile matches the following1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.2.Proficiency in English, with French and Spanish language skills being a plus.3.Self-motivated and results-oriented.4.Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or the travel industry.5.Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.6.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.7.Good understanding of digital marketing and tourism platforms.
