An exciting opportunity is available for Business Partner II, HR, located in Dammam.Report to: Manager, Business Partner, DS & MetallJob Summary:Partnering with leadership team to provide HR guidance advice, (coaching, counselling, career development, performance improvement, and disciplinary actions) for their area of the businessRole responsibilities:participates in change management projects and HR-related communication. Partners with leadership team to provide HR guidance advice: coaching, performance development and disciplinary actions.Delivers HR practices that drive a positive employment relationship and a high performance, high capability culture. Implements human resources programs including talent acquisition, employment processing, employee relations and retention. Improves manager and employee performance by identifying issues, evaluating potential solutions, implementing selected solutions. Identifies and plans for workforce requirements to meet short and long-term business needs. Communicates and interprets HR policies and procedures for managers and employees. Provides HR related data and undertakes key analysis for internal stakeholders as required.
