Join us and be part of a company where your voice matters and your ideas truly shape the future.Find out more about our inspiring People & Culture Team, our unique culture and why you should work at JobCloudYour TasksAct as the primary contact for business leaders, line managers, and employees within your designated areasServe as a talent advisor and facilitator, ensuring strong succession pipelines for critical roles, identify and develop talentCollaborate with management to provide HR guidance on talent management, organizational and leadership development, annual HR processes, and employee engagementOffer proactive, solution-oriented support advice on various HR matters, including performance management and compliance with local labor lawsLead processes in change management to support organizational needs, ensuring effective communication and transition strategiesSupport talent acquisition plans in collaboration with the TA teamParticipate in global and local HR projects, embracing experimentation, sharing learnings, and supporting a culture of continuous improvementYour skillsSolid experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, with exposure in an international and fast-paced environmentIn-depth HR expertise across compensation, employee relations, and Swiss laborlawSolid knowledge of Swiss HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory environmentsProficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Abacus, Leapsome) and strong data analysis skills to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvementA growth-oriented mindset with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and innovationFluency in German or French, very good English skills (min.
