Business Performance Analyst

Role And ResponsibilitiesCollect and analyze data from relevant sources to evaluate business performance.Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Prepare detailed reports, presentation and highlighting insights based on data analysis and performance metrics for management decision.Develop and maintain periodic dashboards, tools and performance metrics to track key business indicators.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting.Manage and maintain data systems and tools.Work closely with sales, finance, operations, and other departments to gather data and understand business needs.Other tasks as assigned by line manager.Requirements And QualificationBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or a related field.Proven experience with data analysis, reporting, performance improvement project or in a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).Effective communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Understanding of business operations and financial principles.Bright Victory Mekong Petroleum Import-Export Co., LtdAddress: #46A, Monivong Blvd, Sangkat Srah Chork, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.Telephone: 098 28 84 17/ 089 999 693Email: hr@bvmpetroleum.com
