The Dean will oversee curriculum development, strategic planning, and faculty management to ensure the delivery of high-quality business education. Responsibilities include providing academic leadership, supporting faculty development, fostering team collaboration, and spearheading the implementation of new teaching methods and training programs. The Dean will work closely with staff, Student Trainees, and external stakeholders to promote excellence in education and uphold the school’s mission.QualificationsStrong expertise in Curriculum Development and Strategic Planning to ensure the delivery of an effective and innovative educational programExperience in Teaching and Training within a business school or higher education contextProven ability in Team Building and leadership to inspire and manage faculty and staff effectivelyExceptional communication and organizational skillsMaster’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Education, or a related fieldExperience in an educational leadership role is highly preferredAn understanding of global and local business trends and their application in education
