Therefore, the role will ensure smooth inquiry processes and provide accurate information about our products.What are we expecting from this role?Providing excellent customer service and support via telecommunicationRecieving phone calls from/to customers and response to their questions, orders, complaints, or concernsFollowing communication scripts and using knowledge of the company’s products and servicesIdentifying customer needs, researching issues, resolving problems, and providing solutionsHandling a high volume of calls in a timely mannerWho are we looking for?Undergraduate or graduated students are encouraged to applyBe able to communicate effectively in Khmer and EnglishGood at time management and collaboration both internally and externallyAbility to work in a fast-moving environment of a rapidly growing company.Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
