Our commitment to high standards ensures a secure and reliable trading environment.Position Title: Business Strategist (India & UAE)Location: Dubai, UAE Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Business Strategist with expertise in Forex, Crypto, and FinTech ecosystems. This role is central to shaping our growth roadmap, driving market research, identifying new revenue opportunities, and supporting the Regional Head in executing strategic initiatives across APAC.The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to translate complex market insights into actionable business strategies.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Market InsightsConduct comprehensive market research across APAC to identify emerging trends in forex, crypto, and financial services.Analyze competitor offerings, market dynamics, and regulatory landscapes to generate data-driven insights.Develop growth strategies, go-to-market plans, and business roadmaps aligned with regional objectives.Business Development & PartnershipsIdentify and pursue new partnership opportunities (liquidity providers, fintech firms, payment gateways, crypto exchanges).Support the Regional Head in negotiating and structuring strategic alliances.Build business cases for new product launches, regional expansions, or technology integrations.Innovation & Growth InitiativesGenerate creative business ideas for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue diversification.Propose digital transformation initiatives, leveraging blockchain, DeFi, AI, and data analytics for competitive advantage.Evaluate and recommend new products, features, or services tailored to APAC markets.Financial & Performance AnalysisCreate business models, forecasts, and ROI analyses for new initiatives.Monitor KPIs and report insights to the Regional Head on business performance.Provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and market positioning.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and Product teams to align on execution of strategic initiatives.Act as a thought partner to the Regional Head, contributing to leadership discussions and decision-making.Support presentations, reports, and strategic documents for leadership and stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).5–8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business development, preferably within Forex, Crypto, FinTech, or Financial Services.Demonstrated ability to translate market research into actionable strategies.Experience working in multi-market APAC environments is highly desirable.Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to create actionable plans.Excellent market research, business modeling, and financial analysis skills.Ability to generate innovative ideas and present them persuasively to senior stakeholders.Understanding of forex/crypto trading platforms.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in working with senior leadership.Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in fast-paced, evolving markets.
