Transport Analyst and Planning Executive

Job PurposeHighly organized and analytical Fleet Planner & Analyst. optimizing transportation operations for over +200 client locations and multiple staff accommodations. Planning efficient routes, analyzing data to improve performance, and ensuring regulatory complianceResponsibilityDevelop and implement efficient transportation plans considering staff rosters, client locations, travel times, and vehicle capacities.Utilize route optimization software to create efficient routes that minimize travel time and fuel consumption.Analyze historical data and identify opportunities to improve route efficiency and reduce costs.Schedule ad hoc trips and integrate them seamlessly into existing plans.build Power Bi dashboards which can help streamline the transport operationsMonitor and analyze data on fleet performance, including fuel usage, route effectiveness, and on-time arrival.Generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.Use data to support informed decision-making regarding fleet allocation and resource management.Maintain clear communication with staff regarding transportation schedules and any changes.Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and address any transportation challenges.Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.QualificationBachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 4 years of experience in transportation planning or logistics.Proven experience in utilizing route optimization software.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data to improve efficiency.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI and familiarity with fleet management software
